Introduction to Imaginetic Science

Scientific foundation of imagination

Difference between the science of imagination and natural science

Distinction between imaginetic medicine and other forms of medical

therapeutics

Contrast of cause and effect methodology of traditional psychology

And phenomenology

Mental Imagery

The use of imagination in a world view of "the presence of the present" as a

viable therapeutic modality

Experiential Exercise

Overview of history and clinical applications for mental imagery

Imagery as a :               technique for desensitizing

technique to build and reinforce coping skills

            tool to minimize linguistic parrying

            tool to bypass habitual language

            technique to help with recovery from

Use of Therapeutic shock

Facial Morphology

The 6000 year old science of the form and structure of the face and body

for understanding human emotional and physical life.

The biological basis of morphology: embryology, anatomy and

physiological functions

Temperament, personality and character as revealed through facial structure and muscular use

Clinical uses of morphology in physical and emotional disorders

Morphological direction for individualized treatment in the therapeutic

process

Lunch. Provided onsite to enable participants to spend the hour practicing facial morphology with each other

2pm – 3 pm

Report results of practice, compare and contrast with actual answers

The Form and Structure of Dreaming

Imaginal and phenomenological understanding of the dreaming process

Experiential approach to the nature of dreams

Relationship between the dream realm of existence and waking life

Application of dreams as the starting point for waking dream exploration
